About the role

As our Senior Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be responsible for all paid results coming from our paid marketing channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat). You'll be in charge of the performance marketing strategy, optimization and alignment with business objectives. As a result of this you know how, where and when to spend the performance marketing budget to achieve the best results for LOAVIES. Within your role you also keep an eye on overall webshop performance and results of non-paid marketing channels. You report to our Head of Digital.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing innovative performance marketing strategies to meet and exceed company objectives;

  • Managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across all paid platforms (Meta, Tiktok, Google, Snapchat, Pinterest), ensuring visibility and effectiveness. You are ultimately responsible;

  • Allocating the performance budget over diverse channels (in agreement with the Head of Digital);

  • Aligning activities and maintaining close communication with our advertising agency to ensure optimal campaign performance;

  • Keeping stakeholders informed of the latest developments and providing strategic advice for optimizing webshop performance and achieving targets;

  • Monitoring and reporting on key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, turnover, traffic, conversion rate and AOV), providing regular updates to the Management Team;

  • Conducting thorough analysis of campaign performance and leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimizations;

  • Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation;

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other teams such as planning & analysis, content, CRM and social to align marketing efforts with overall business goals;

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies;

  • Extensive experience with paid advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat). The main focus of this role is on social advertising, experience with Google Ads is a plus but not required;

  • Commercial insight and a goal-oriented approach to achieving targets;

  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment;

  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills;

  • Experience with analytics tools (GA4, Bloomreach, Excel) and feed management (Channable);

  • Experience with social advertising tooling to create, manage, automate and optimize social advertising campaigns (Smartly)

  • You enjoy the fast pace of a growing company and love fashion & e-commerce.
